My very dear, clever, witty, kind, supportive friend. I will miss you. We have shared laughter and tears, mostly laughter and almost every day I am reminded your insightful observations on life and I smile.
We wish you well with your onward journey wherever you are and whatever you’re doing; probably sailing and/or looking after dogs, gardening or planning your next adventure.
With much love

Dearest Lynn - you will always be there in our memory and spirit. Toddlers Tea and French lessons in soggy back gardens of Cotswold stone and cold air in our bones you brought a warmth and an easy smile to us with your humour and wit. Summer drinks and coffee cakes. Soar along the salted sea with all the pleasures of life that’s where you will always be. Bon voyage. xx

Lynne, we have been friends for such a long time and shared so much over the years. Watching the children grow up, meals, shopping trips, dog walks , theatre trips, holidays, special events, moving house, chasing “escaped” chickens…the list is endless, and always with much laughter!
These last 2 years were so hard after the devastating diagnosis, but you coped as usual with courage and determination and still retained that wacky sense of humour till the end. Never a dull moment!
Happy sailing Lynne and know that you will never be forgotten.
